the location and the staff. they are lovely and they go the extra mile on everything. I traveled with my elderly mum and she felt safe and really well treated, especially by Aurora. those are the details that make a family gateway unforgettable. really pleased with everything and everyone that made our holiday so special.

The restaurant was good, the service was attentive and the prices were fair. The room and there bed were wonderful. The swimming pool is delicious.
